This sucks. The Miami Dolphins have very little to be positive about. The coaching sucks and even if they change it does anybody really have the confidence whoever is in charge will get it right? We have all watched this team change regimes time and time again. A regime change will no longer provide optimism due to the fact we’ve done this over and over again. So we are getting rid of the QB this move feels necessary but how does it provide optimism? None of the guys out there are worth a damn and we will be drafting far too late they n the first round to be in position to get anybody considered to be a sure thing. As far as the players go the Dolphins have very little talent. Defense has Fitzpatrick,Howard,Baker. Thats it folks. All other players on defense are overrated or passed there prime or injury prone.
The offense sucks we have 1 offensive lineman worth keeping Nobody else on offense would be considered untouchable. The whole offense sucks. The cupboard is bare folks. We have zero talent in offense. Yhis team sucks. We will be getting the #1pick in the draft in 2020.

The team needs to be blown up and the right people need to finally be hired. No more HC that play OC. Using Tanny as a scapegoat but keeping Gase and Tbum would definitely be the wrong answer and it’s my fear because Ross is balless. Everyone need to go!

We have talent we just can't keep it on the field. Wilson and Grant going down killed us. Hayes going down killed us. Losing Tunsil in the Cincy game killed us. Losing multiple starting linemen killed us. Losing Howard killed and to some extent losing Tank killed us .

Wilson didnt even get hit and went down for the year. No confidence he will return the same player and last a full season. Grant is an OK player thats it. And he couldn’t last a season once he started getting used. The only player worth a damn on the oline is Tunsil. Problem is there are 4 other positions that still suck. Tank sucked before his injury. The cupboard is bare of talent. The toster has 50 something players on it and we dont even have 10 worth keeping

We have some talent, but let's not overstate it. Yes, those injuries hurt, but players like Wilson, and Grant (who I like) would not be featured players on any top NFL roster.

Schemes, and deception are nice tools, but you still need to line up and force your will on an opponent by executing basic offensive plays. I loathe those damn Pats, but they win by attacking the weakness, and executing individual responsibilities.

sad time? Can you help provide clarity of time? i thought sitting in the stands for the 62-7 beatdown was awful. At least i got to see Dans last game and the pain of that game has(mostly) faded. how many years have we lived with the "just win the last 3 in December" and we are in let downs. if you looked at our starting 22 yesterday, the outcome shouldnt have surprised you.

Dont be sad, there's always next yearrrrrrrrr.....

Merry Christmas all.

Brother need to get this organization re-tooled with the right people to get this turned around. Get the right GM and go from there. I am very upbeat about this as I feel the team can get better sooner if the right GM is brought in and picks his coach.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays!

We can save a ton of money by ditching Quinn, James, Parker, Howard and even Amendola...but Amendola can stay hes been reliable.

Lets pay top dollar for a CB, like Howard, because clearly having a good CB takes you far...just ask Jacksonville with Ramsey, 49ers with Sherman. Neither team is going to playoffs.

I wouldnt pay top dollar for Howard either. He got torched by Hopkins. Get a quality CB for around 7 million instead.

The whole team needs revamping

Could get worse. Harbaugh and darnold in ny, belichick in ne could mean no division or playoff appearances for at least another 5 years.

im honestly considering giving up on this team...i never thought id get to this point.

i havent bought merchandise in years, the last jersey i bought was ricky williams in the early 2000s.

This team just beats you down, ive found myself caring less and less as the years pass by.

The NFL as a whole has gotten harder to watch, constant flags and stoppages making games take half a sunday and you watch 3 hours of commercials to 1 hour of game.

The sad fact that most people need to realize is, we as fans, care more than the players on the team. They might say the right things but at the end of the day these guys are getting mega millions whether they win or lose. Ross makes money even if the stadium is completely empty.

Ross has to completely clean house, no scapegoating Tannehill and Burke...go for the gusto and tear it all down, its the only way things will change. Theres some players worth keeping like grant, wilson, howard, fitz but leave that up to the new regime. This group of morons should be fired next sunday, they shouldnt be making any more decisions that relate to the future and direction of this team.

Yeesh. The sadness is strong in this thread. Cmon fellas. Go workout. Maybe do some swimming or yardwork. Go grab your lady. It's ok. It's a game played by millionaires and owned by billionaires. None of whom know probably any of us, nor do they care how we feel. Plenty to be upbeat about. And who knows, maybe Ross gets lucky and lands a great GM. This ship could turn around mighty quick with the right guy in charge. Until then, find something to enjoy.

it would be one thing if we were losing but playing exciting competitive football...ive never seen a team as boring as the miami dolphins...its like a weekly colonoscopy

i dont let the losses bother me but i continue to find myself asking "why the hell am i still watching this" midway thru the 3rd quarter

i know i said im considering giving up on these losers but in all honesty i probably wont cuz then my wifes expectations for house work is going to go up if i have an entire sunday free..........
