I am so tired about people bitching about 2 pick 6's. Ginn ran the tip drill for Darren Sharper and on that last play it was 4th down....u want him to take the sack there or how about hartline running the correct route....He had no help from his WRs bess fumble, 1000 drops, camarillo throwing the ball out of bounds.

I have absolutely so much confidence we were going to move right down the field at the end, until the drops and panalties. The Defense quit in the second half and the playcalling was horrendous. 100 yd in the first half on the ground and we run it like 6 times the entire second half? and when we did run we got away from pounding it up the middle, we tried to get cutsie.

There are about literally 50 people I could name responsible for this loss. Unreal collapse and everyone is to blame. I cannot remember 2 regular season dissapointments like IND and No this year. Not because of the outcome, but because the entire team from the coaching staff to the eqipment manager folded each time in a way so rare in todays NFL.

For those who are saying be happy with how much trouble we gave them. I expected us to give them issues, because we are a good team. We saw what happened when the D focused. We saw what happened when we played our game. THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE-best in the NFL but guys were not far from there, we are the best 2-4 team i can ever remember in the NFL and im not being a HOMER, any week we could beat anyone.

We played scared second half, everyone did, which is wierd with so many vets on D. They werent a diff team 2nd half, we just lost all focus. in every aspect of the game. I have never been so dissapointed and its a shame we have to win 8-10 to make the playoffs. We are a good team capable of so much, but lack the talent at a few spots that coupled with the lack of focus create seemingly gigantic holes.

I love Henne. I am not one of those people blaming him. His WR's suck. Both picks weren't really his fault.

Biggest complaint is going away from the run in the second half. I love Henne to death, but we went away from our biggest strength.

The defense also stopped with the agressive blitzing. First half we were shifting, bringing safeties, you name it. Second half not so much.

Changes need to be made in the secondary. Gibril Wilson getting carried for 40 yards by Shockey was embarassing as was his attempt at tackling Reggie Bush late in the game.

The WRs should be working overtime all week, especially Ginn. Yeah Hartline ran the wrong route late in the game, but he also made some big plays for us. Camarillo plays tough, but you can tell his knee still isn't right. He looks really bad running right now.

Our defence looked very tired in the 2nd half IMO. In terms of what happned I saw lots of time outs by the refs especially in the 2nd half when our team was on a role either on defence or offense. Everytime it certainly helped regroup the Saints and kill our momentum. We still had chances to put it away. How do you call for certain that Greg C is throwing the ball out of bounds and prove it he hit the ground first and whose to say the ground caused the fumble same thing with Bess knee when the ball came out. It was in his position it was sliding down his leg but still his position when his knee touched. Now I am not saying those calls were absolutly wrong but they were marginal and those are the only calls we see as fans on the tube. If could watch the entire game evey player I bet there were dozens of marginal calls that could have been made in that game. Porter gets shoved and he pushes back we get the call. That is all part of the game but we sure got our share at very oportune times and the Saints certainly did not get many of those that killed their momentum.

OK Sporano has had the team prepared well for every game except Atlanta IMO and they play hard but still are play makers away which shows once the team gets tired and starts making mistakes which happen in the big games like Indy and the Saints.

The offensive line though has paid off for the most part so far this year. Their draft picks are shining too there just are not enough of them to go around if you want to see our holes. Wake, Long, Culver, Davis, Henne, Hartline, Thomas, Smith, Lankford, Merling, Bess, Polite and Carpenter are all paying dividends its the other areas that they inherited that are the biggest issue. They tried to address them in FA but the draft pays better dividends. Outside to the guys mentioned you have Taylor, Rickey Williams, Bell and Ronnie Williams and perhaps Ferguson. Rickey, Taylor and Ferg show their age as the game goes on so that leaves us with about 2/3 of team that we need to win the big games. I just like to first see improvement and I beleive we are seeing it. "If" Ted Ginn was a playmaker we would be at least 4-2 right now instead of the other way around that is how close we are!

PS Thats after loosing an MVP QB from last year too.
