Just watching Sportscenter and Sean Salisbury still says we should start Fiedler because he is a proven winner and he puts the ball in the right place. The thing that he said though that bothers me and quote this is..."They(Miami) don't have a lot of talent" Now I assume he was talking about our skill positions and not O-line. How does Chambers, Booker, McMichael, and Konrad not equal a lot of talent?

That should tell you right there what he knows!! Nothing. Any ex football player will pick the veteran every time

Salisbury Steak is a moron. I mean it, the guy doesn't have a friggin clue.

Well he's right...If he's talking about the offensive side... I agree, We DONT have alot of talent...4 guys isnt ALOT, ....we have SOME, but not alot....If we did have lots of talent we'd be lighting up the scoreboard...

side note:

Marty Booker: 2 games, 5 catches for 41 yards. ....not alot of talent thus far if you ask me.

Salisbury sucked as an NFL QB, and he sucks even more as an NFL Anal-yst. I could not care less what that piece of **** thinks about anything to do with the Dolphins.

More like not enough opportunities.

How much more talent do you want on O? Most people just have one start reciever like an Owens or Moss and a good RB. We somehow managed to put together a pretty decent recieving core and IMO Gordon is a good enough back.

Our QB's just suck fat *****.

Sean Salisbury should stick to picking his nose, thats the only thing he's good at anyways. Career bench warmer who is now more anoying than ever, oh and NO TALENT?!?!?!? Booker, Chambers, McMichael, Konrad, I would go so far as to add Jeno James and Gordon to that list, those are very talented guys too.

those teams also have good QBs. lines that are at least decent. we have a WR who is a notch below moss and owens. a 2 WR who is coming off a down year and needs to prove himself again. a good TE. and an unproven QB. I havent even mentioned the line. Compare our offense to st. louis which is not the offensive juggernaut they once were. they have a better WR duo. a top 10 RB and a change of pace back. and a QB who is questionable.

The only reason Fiedler won all those games was because he handed the ball off to Ricky at least 30 times a game. When he actually had to throw the ball, we lost more often than not.

Just like the career backup to favor the guy with a similar skill set. (Salisbury's career playoff numbers: 14-44, 234 yards, 0 TDs, 3 INTs.)

steakboy is a blowhard *** job...BUT after a few more games , ok 5 more games with Feely, if he still stucks, oline improved or not...jay shuold play. he has won in the past. pretty consistently.

I think people forget, you need pro-bowlers on your offensive line, not just in the skill positions. Our O-line doesn't even have one player that would start on someone else's O-Line in the league except James and remember the Panthers did let him go!

No matter his QB experience, he was still a starter in the NFL, so I think he might be just a little more qualified to analyze the QB position than you or me.

If you follow that line of thinking shouldnt Ron Wolf, someone paid to evaluate QB's opinion carry more weight that Salisbury Steaks! Lets see I believe Wolf slapped his stamp of approval on Feeley, and his past stamps have been on......Brett Favre, Aaron Brooks, and Matt Hassleback. So Steakboy can take his opinion sugar coat it and stick it!
