not.

I saw this team do so many things that have killed them over the last couple of decades -- and especially this season: Start slow in a big game, let down on defense once we get the lead, mess up little, take-for-granted plays, commit silly penalties down the stretch that they didn't commit all game.

And today, they found a way to win.

Incredible. What a good feeling.

Agreed, and when you put it back to back with the adversity they overcame against the Steelers last week, things are looking brighter than they have in a long time.

Incredible! Sure would be nice to not feel like you're on the brink of having a heart attack at the end of all of our games, wouldn't it!?

Mike Thomas saved the day.

We had the FG blunder. We were playing off coverage allowing 10 yards a pop and getting carved. Scored 24, didnt do much most of the game.

It was same old Dolphins, but for Thomas.

Ref called a rather fair game today ... may have something to do with him finally decided to wear his glasses today.

we should have lost, no Grimes, Carroll, or Patterson. forced to play Will Davis and Michael Thomas who just signed. but way to go Kevin Coyle, Thomas was put in position where Brady didn't expect him and we won. Tannehill was balling, 120 qb rating doesn't happen very often

That's just the NFL today. It's why it's so damn popular.

14 yards away from the same old Dolphins :chuckle:
True. Yet, I sensed a confidence by our D that they could contain Brady on that last drive, especially once the Patsies had reached the red zone. That is what's been missing with this still young team and staff.

The timely 4 point lead gained by the offense was the killer, and set up our D to win the game for us. THEY WOULD NOT BE DENIED. While this team has had the players to win all season, I've been waiting for them to show that they are READY to win. I saw it in the Pitt game, and saw a ton more of it in this one. Watch out, NFL. The Miami Dolphins have arrived!

BTW, I work with a guy who was a Dolphins fan but now has changed to a Steelers/Patriots fan. Now, I'm not sure how you de-fan a team, let alone become a fan of two teams in the same conference. But I heard he was complaining about the officials at the end of the game at the office Christmas party today, so maybe it's better he likes the Pats and Steelers.

BTW, for me, living in central/western PA, it doesn't get much sweeter during the regular season than beating the Jets, Steelers and Patsies in a row, unless it's beating the Bills somewhere in there, too.

If it wasn't for the TOS, I would refer to you as a POS.
