Well, there goes those scenarios...:cooldude: According to NFL Network, they've been designated the franchise tag.

Let's target WR and/or OL via free agency...

Dont think theres any big surprises here. The Samuels talk was all wishful thinking i thought from day 1. Would love to have him here, but the pats arent going to let him go, not after the way he finished this season anyways.

So now who do we look for if we want a corner in free agency???

Let's hope Bills don't put the tag on Clements again. We may settle with Nick Harper though.

alot of players are getting franchised this year for 1 reason. The franchise for this year is dictated by last cba and not the new one hence low numbers.

maybe we dont target one in free agency after all? So far, all we've heard from KFFL.com is Stalworth and Dielman so far.

maybe we target one in the first day of the draft?

darelle revis is prob gonna sky rocket after he runs his 40 hes supposed to have great speed. He could be the first corner off the board when all is said and done.

we didnt have a chance at either one of those guys any way briggs didnt like the system and samuel would have prob cost way too much.

That's fine. I'd rather have Nate Clements and Adalius Thomas. I'm not saying we're going to get them, i just think they fit us better, especially Thomas.

I agree. I just posted it because there were some clamoring for them...

I hope we don't do anything stupid by picking one of those overhyped CB's at #9.
