No. This move guarantees that Adewale is re-signed and in pads for the opening of training camp. There is nobody available right now who can salvage this year. So we take our cap and re-sign Ogunleye and Chambers long-term and swing a minor trade for a veteran RB later in training camp.
Ogun will get signed. Wannstedt and Spielman know to win now that the defense must be lights out. Ogun is part of that. Plus now there's more cap room.

Foster and Bennet are the top cannidates. However someone stated the LT could be on the market for the right price as the chargers rebuild. GRAB HIM IF SO.
