Scott Wright's 2005 Mock Draft - Updated 12/23/2004

I think we'll probably end up with the 3rd overall pick and if Feeley continues to improve, pick Benson or trade down for a first and a second. If Feeley goes south, I'd like to see us take Rodgers.
 
I've got a feeling that Miami will come out of the draft with Cadillac Williams.
 
I don't think Feeley is capable of much more than he has been doing

I want Alex Smith or Jason White mid-draft
 
Thinking D'Brick at LT for the next 10 years sounds nice.

If he gets by Cleveland, I think we'll end up w/ the No 3

We won't slip any further than 3rd so realistically Leinart, Rodgers, Benson, Ferguson will all be there....we get to take one
 
message board mock drafts are't worth it, I'll make my own mock 1st.
 
Benson or Ferguson...nobody else unless a DT.
 
Benson is the best draft pick we can get. tell me one thing would u rather have a workhorse like this or a Shaun Alexander or a Edgerrin James that will be going into their 7th season. cmon guys .we have a youth in our offense why not keep it like that

I agree with picking Benson, but your reasoning isn't very good.

Alexander is what, 25? Edge is 25 or 26. I don't care where they are in their careers, they are two very young RB's. The difference between Benson and Edge/Alexander is money/bidding.
