Ummmm, that's been going on for quite a while, of course in political commentary yet also often in the sports media, on *both* sides of the ideological spectrum.
 
That screaming moron knows nothing except how to scream. He knows less about politics. The loudest person in the room is usually an insecure person. When it comes to race, the dolphins aren't a team I'd ever worry about!

Let’s call it what it is

Smith is a race baiter plain and simple. Let’s call it what it is. You saw the video
We don’t have to go farther than this but if this is gonna be posted at least be honest about it. He is who he is and yet is on National television
 
Sas literally just survives on rage views. Wouldn't be shocked if he had never even heard of Grier until he got fired. Even taken as if it wasn't disingenuous, its still a bad take that mccoach needed to get fired first. It doesnt matter if we fire mccoach now or at the end of the season.

Setting up a new regime needs to start before the trade deadline. Also it leaves time to look into new coaches. Honestly the only one it sucks for is mccoach having to ride this dead horse.
 
Why is he a Buffon he’s right. Grier sucked and got fired and McDabiels should be gone also. They were and are a package deal. Why Ross kept McDaniels is beyond me, but ok it’s much more important that we get a new GM search underway now so we’re good to start next year. LEt the new GM hire his coach and let’s build a proper team.

I get the racial aspect he mentioned, which doesn’t make him a Buffon just a bad take.
 
Take away the race aspect, he's right. The firings can't stop there.
 
I love Stephen A Smith. He’s a very intelligent, successful, and decent man. Sometimes he takes things too far with his racial takes like in this instance, but nobody’s perfect and we all have our blind spots in life.
 
In this case Grier and McDaniel deserve to be fired for giving Tua that terrible contract. Who ever Gm and coach just need be real and make business decisions in Miami.
