damn... have you ever had to spell possibilities... thats a tough one....

I was just thinking this morning with all the shaun alexander talk in seattle being a bit on the negative side, what are the chances that SEA may try to package something for the #1 to take mcfadden.

OR if we trade down with somebody else to 5 or so, seattle trying to get to #5 if Dmac is still on the board.

I don't want shaun, but is there some type of package they may be able to slap together. Some WR's and a first and second or some picks next year or something?

some of you guys are better at working out the details than I am, so this is where you come in.

No need to. They can stay put and take Jon Stewart where they are. Terrific talent, local product, and doesn't cost any extra.

Chances are extremely slim because they can likely get Stewart or Mendenhall by staying where they are.

Seriously people, until a trade for the #1 pick happens, assume it won't. You'll have less of a let down, and more then likely be right.

the biggest chance we've got is Matt Ryan EXPLODING the combine, thus generating interest from the Atlanta Falcons like Eli Manning did for the Giants... even if D-Mac's stock rises like a meteor, every GM knows that the dolphins and rams won't draft him and that atlanta at 3 may pass on him to grab Matt Ryan...

However, in such a scenario, what every GM doesn't know is if whether we or the rams would trade our pick to another team that does want him. It would be extremely embarrassing for a GM to move up to the third spot hoping to pick him, only to see someone else move ahead to do the same.
