Ugly win tonight, but we will all take it and enjoy the victory tonight.

The whole season comes down to Baltimore at home. Philbin, Coyle, and Lazor all need to come up with their best game plans and schemes THIS WEEK! To beat Baltimore, we have to play a SOLID 4 quarters. If we manage to beat the Ravens, I know we can beat Minnesota at home. The Pats, just cant see this team winning up in NE and sweeping them.

And after listening to Rex tonight after the game, he is done, he is beaten, he is depleted. He has officially lost his team after tonight I think. Making a week 17 match up with them at home a lot much easier than it would of been if they were still fighting hard for Rex like they were last year. They all know he is gone, he knows he is gone, and tonight was the night that broke Rex's SPIRIT!! Look for them to get beat handily for the rest of the season.

Those other 7-5 teams, I think will all lose at least 1 more each minimum. They all have pretty tough schedules, and some have to play each other.

That being said, win next week, we are in. We lose, we are home for the post season. I am just hoping that Philbin, Coyle and Lazor all come up with their best this week. We can not afford a flat start, lack of quick adjustments, and bad game management for this one.

I agree with you on all fronts except the Week 17 game against the Jets. With nothing left to play for in the finale last year, they went out and beat us on our home field to knock us out of the playoffs. That can happen again this year if we aren't careful.

We better fix the run defense, and not with 9 in the box like we did tonight. If we can't stop the run without loading the box it's gonna be a loooonnng game

Could come down to the Jest' game. The irony would be to knock us out of the playoffs twice in a row.

After todays game I truly believe they throwed their best game plan already, they should have won this one, Miami is the better team and Rex just showed all his cards. we win the next one also.

So true.

IF the DL gets owned again and the OL is the piece of patchwork crap that it is, then Miami simply can't win the game. The O will never be able to score enough points with the OL not giving time to get the ball down field.

Next game will be at least a 10 point win if Geno plays.

IF Vick plays, however, it's a 3 point win or less.

ugh

I have a fear that Baltimore can out-physical us.

We need to score points against the Ravens. Their underneath game is good, so Tannys short throws may not get it done. there were some guys open tonight downfield I wish Ryan would have seen.
Flacco likes to throw, so I hope Finnegan comes back for this one. Our secondary will be tested unlike tonight.

Baltimore game is at home where we are pretty tough. I expect a much better performance....

I think if you say the playoffs come down to the Baltimore game, you are assuming we can't beat the Pats. If we lose to the Ravens and sweep the last three, we could still make the playoffs.

I think we need to move the pocket more. Tanny seems to throw better when on the move when it is a designed play, rather than when being flushed from the pocket. It was really hard to tell against the Jets when he threw on the run if he was trowing the ball out of bounds on purpose, of just making bad throws. The back end of the Ravens D is suspect. I think we have to start this game the same way we played that first half against the Broncos. Attack, and score TDs when we get into the red zone.

Regardless of the relative importance of the Baltimore game, if this team-- especially the defense-- plays any more games like they did last night, there's no reason they couldn't lose to the Vikings or Jets, and those games could decide the season's fate as well.
