In what may be, without hyperbole, the most important game of the year for both teams, Buffalo will travel to Miami to face the Dolphins this Thursday night in a matchup that has huge playoff implications for both teams.
Both teams enter this game coming off a loss. Miami fell to the Lions in Detroit, 20-16, with Matthew Stafford delivering the dagger to Theo Reddick in the waning seconds. Meanwhile, Buffalo collapsed at home in the fourth quarter, losing 17-13 to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Full disclosure, I'm the author of this article and I wanted to share it here with you guys. I'd love to hear some feedback or opinions. Also, if there's anything you'd like to see discussed or covered in the future regarding the Fins, please feel free to suggest something. I hope to be a fairly regular contributor.

If you have a few minutes, feel free to check out some other articles as well.

Bottom line, Phins have to be able to beat teams with winning records at home. Other than San Diego and New England, they have not.
If they can't beat the Bills or Ravens at home, then they are not a playoff contender. PERIOD.

Agreed. Playoff caliber teams find ways to win those tough games against Detroit and Green Bay. 1-2 close games can determine the entire season's outcome. This needs to be a statement game from the Fins to show they are legit, and they can exorcise the Bills demon.
