Hey guys,

I am thinking about buying myself a set of season tickets and I live up in MA! I was going to buy them to go to a handful of the games and then sell the others near face value.

Couple of questions...

Do you think I would be able to at least cover my costs of the games I don't go to??

Anyone know of a hotel with transportation to Ft Lauderdale airport and also that would provide transportation to the game....so I wouldn't have to get a rental car everytime??

Once I buy these seats, I will have the option forever right??? So i can't lose them....

It would be pretty tough right now with the team projected to win less than 6 games (Vegas). The thing to keep in mind when owning tickets and not living in FL is that you will eat about 50% of the cost of your 2 pre-season games and usually one dog game a year like TN this year. So, you start out in the hole. If you mark up your tickets you might be able to make up the difference, but it depends on where your seats are located. The only game people on ebay seem to be interested in anymore is the Pats.

There are several hotels with airport transfers, but I don't know of any that take people to games. Actually, you may want to consider flying into Fort Lauderdale anyway.

That is correct as long as you pay your bill. Although you may take a little hit until the team improves and the band wagon fans return, you can start building seniority the day you sign up for season tickets. Seniority is the key to upgrading so that you can get lowers or better uppers.

thanks for the reply....I know i will take a hit....my reasoning I guess for doing it is becasue I know once we are good again I probably won't be able to even get the tickets....
 
I stay at the Holiday Inn on Sunrise Blvd in Ft Lauderdale...they have a shuttle to the game
 
Get them for this year and sell me the tix to the chiefs game!!

OK i guess this does not help you out that much but that is a hard call. I was thinking the same thing and i live in NJ. It would just be to hard to get to as many games as i would want to go if i had the season tickets. If i had the tickets i would want to make every game what would not happen. BUT the really good thing is if the fins make the playoffs you would have tix to all the palyoff games!!! that is something to keep in mind!!
