My theory about our defense is that they had an entire year of practice so far minus 3 weeks when they only had to play a 30 yard game with penny. With the bye week we get our longest stretch of work in of the year with henne vs our 1st team d. The boys are gonna wake up real soon you'll see

In other news I'd love to see a big unexpected move happen before Tuesday.

I just don't have too much faith in Wilson.

Boles is a helluva coach so he may be able to get Wilson turned around. Allen; however, is in his second year with Boles and seems to have regressed. Hopefully he has just put together a couple of bad games and can snap out of it.

I was critical of Renaldo Hill, but maybe we underestimated the contribution of Hill and Goodman to the secondary's success last year.
Gibril Wilson is probably the biggest disappointment to date, but let's see if he can make the necessary improvement. The raps on him from his stint with the Giants are/were big.

I've completely lost faith in Gibril. I wish we could have seen Clemons play already so we could know if trading Wilson is an option

i agree .wilson has to tackle well .he has to get better. i hope the saint -giant game is a war.when we play the saints. i worry about the backs out of the backfield toward the edge .i dont think porter or jt can cover rb's.every time washington touched the ball last week i cringed.i also expect the saints to throw on 1st down.

If by "fine" you mean getting the ball back into the hands of our offense in mere seconds, then yes, I agree
