What's the path for this team after the season heading into free agency and the draft?

My list:

-New GM
-New HC
-New DC
-New OC
-New Strength and Conditioning coach

Release/Trade
-Tannehill
-Jones
-Sitton
-Parker
-Branch
-Alonzo
-Amendola
-McCain (eat the dead money, worth 2-3 wins releasing him)

Re-Sign/Extend (if applicable)
-James
-Wake (1 yr)
-Drake
-Gore
-Grant

Thoughts?
 
That's a whole lot of dead money, I can't see that happening unless were making a conscious effort to potentially lose a lot of games for the sake of freeing up money in a couple years.
 
And hire Terry Bradshaw to play QB. He’s looking for work.
 
Hire my mother for Head Coach if you want a better coach... just sayin....
 
Speaking of free agency, why don't we make a list of over age 30 targets for us to sign in case Gase stays? Bonus points if we can also name the younger, more physically talented players they will replace on our roster.

Yeah McCain had an awful year but I don't think he's been 100% since the knee injury plus he's been playing out of position. I think in a better scheme, with superior coaching, with a legit CB playing opposite Howard, McCain should bounce back when playing mainly in the slot. I don't know about Jones. He should be playing only at SS with Minkah playing FS. Maybe the new defensive staff will actually be creative by utilizing both Jones and McDonald closer to the line while using Fitzpatrick as the FS.
