There are few surprises, given that Ricky can't start with the team at the beginning of regular season and Brown has not signed. From what I read, it looks like Feeley has the inside edge at starting QB but Saban made it clear that the QB depth chart would not be 'official' until this weekend

why would he be on it? he hasn't practiced....


that depth chart means absolutely nothing, its nothing to get worked up over. It will change many times between now and September 11th, and that one is the only one that means anything

Veterans almost always have the advantage over rookies in TC, especially the first depth chart.

2nd team will be most fun to watch first preseason game vs Da Bears...Matt Roth and Channing Crowder...Howard and Bua...on offense Ricky Williams running...I think the only reason why David Boston is buried in the third team is because Saban wants to limit his playing time and bring him back slowly...the guy is still limping. GO 2nd TEAM!!! Fight for First!

I don't know I think it will be an interesting competition. I think in the end Daniels knowledge of the scheme, and with hopefully continued solid play he will win the job.
