I posted in an earlier thread, a response in comparing Cleo versus drafting a QB this coming year. Please read before continuing, as I didn't want to have to re-hash that all over again...

Can anyone offer a LEGITIMATE argument as to why they feel a QB fresh out of college would be better RIGHT NOW than Cleo as far as grooming a QB and building for the future? Is there an opinion out there that can show this year's draft class is deep enough to consider anyone MORE appropriate than Cleo, who we ALREADY HAVE and knows our system?
Cleo has experienced the pro environment, gone through training camps, and has performed well enough to earn a spot on our roster. Why CAN'T he be considered as THE QB to build around for the future? Is it because he's not as dynamic as a Vince Young, a Matt Leinart or even a Brady Quinn?
All this "draft a QB" talk is senseless. As last night shows, Cleo can be developed RIGHT BEHIND DC as a #2 backup, with the prospect of taking the reigns in the future.
WHY NOT!!!!?????
