Stanford senior quarterback Trent Edwards had a private workout on-campus last Thursday and Friday with members of the Miami Dolphins, including GM Randy Mueller and head coach Cam Cameron. He watched film and then throw passes to a handful of players on hand; Stanford DB David Lofton and State wide receiver James Jones. Edwards has also had similar workouts with NY Jets, Tampa Bay and Oakland, while having private visits setup with Baltimore and New Orleans over the next week. He also had six other QB coaches at his Pro Day, as well as Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Mike Martz.---By John Murphy of Yahoo Sports

CB Terrell Lemon, Syracuse has a visit with the Dolphins April 4.

TE Rodney Hannah, Houston is scheduled to visit Jacksonville for a workout on April 17th. The Oakland Raiders will have another workout with him on April 10th or 12th. Seattle and Miami have stated that they want to bring Rodney in for a workout but nothing is scheduled with them yet.

DT Kelly Talavou, Utah is visiting Miami on April 9-10, Atlanta on the 10th-11th, and Seattle on April 17-18. The Bengals, Jets, Texans and Patriots are also interested in Talavou.

CB-John Bowie, Cincinnati (5'10 7/8, 188), 40 (low/high): 4.31/4.38, Broad Jump: 10' 6 1/2", Vertical: 40", Shuttle: 4.09, Short Shuttle: 6.80, 10 reps on the bench. Bowie has already had the Giants come and work him out. Has met with the Dolphins and the Texans have inquired about bringing him in. Packers would also like to bring him in and also has a visit with the Bengals on their "local" day.

WR Rhema McKnight ran in the 4.51 - 4.56 range.. The Kansas City Chiefs have been the most consistent with their interest in McKnight. Cleveland, Seattle and Miami have also shown some interest.

Rhema Mckinght is horrible. An absolute wasted pick. He made Quinn look really bad on a lot of occasions. He just doesn't hang on to the rock and always in the most crucial situations (i.e. 3 and 5)

Edwards has gotten some really good reviews as of late and from none other than Bill Walsh. He said, after his workout, that it/he was one of the best he's seen in a while. May be a good pick in lieu of betting the farm on Quinn.
