Has reportedly agreed to terms with a team, but will only sign in June.

On a slow day, anybody thing that team could be the Miami Dolphins? And if so, any reason we could think of for the delayed signing?
 
Starting tackles dont last as UFAs until late May. He was replaced in SD. IMO he wont be handed anything anywhere he lands, but could compete at both RT and guard.
 
He will play gaurd which might suit him .tackle is very hard and once you slow down its not viable to play that spot.left tackles go against the best pass/bull rushers and get some support from rb/te and right tackles usually face the speed rushers or LB and its tougher as you are now against a speed guy.
 
Dont need him is a big stretch. We have no depth on the OL. We have no 'swing' backup tackle, which is a CRITICAL position.

I dont know why, I just have a feeling we might be the team, and if so, I was trying to think of any logical reason for the delay.

He was a backup on the Chargers. Jeromy Clary beat him for the starting RT job, which prompted A.J. Smith to release him and eat a bunch of signing bonus on a large contract extension that they'd just given him like a year ago. Smith said something to the effect of "he lost his fire".
