Should we take a chance. 6'2 325. Maybe not being in the nfl has made this guy realize he needs to fall in line with nfl rules? For 6 games i'd take a chance. We can not go on a playoff run with paul and tony playing dt.
 
I would rather lose with classy players then win with a guy who is known for bringing bull **** to the team.
 
Highly doubt it's going to happen....we're going to live and die with Soliai, McDaniel, and Starks. Only thing new will be the activation of Dotson IMO.

is already on the active roster. It would be nice to have someone with game experience. It doesn't have to be Shaun Smith but there isn't much else to choose from Might not hurt to talk with him.
 
he's on the active roster yes, but I ment active on gamedays....2 totally different things.
 
Well, they're at least going to be familiar with him since he was signed by the Cowboys as a UDFA in 2003 (according to the wiki).
 
he was signed while BP was triggering Dallas ('03)...maybe not an "acorn", but a hazelnut, could be...
 
All the UFL teams have been running a 4-3 defense, but the dude is big enough to play NT if he has the heart for it.

Bring the guy in for a look, we could use some depth if nothing else. Let's get Taye Biddle in here while we're at it.
