...maybe this writer was trying to lull the Phins into making mistakes on game day. Or maybe he's just a huge Dolphins homer who relocated to Houston. Either way, I won't argue with anything he's saying...I'll just ask him to wipe his mouth when he gets done servicing the Phins Secondary

On paper, they haven't played this year, jury still out on that one.

I hope our recent history doesn't repeat itself. :D

Great....Sure. Perfect, no. This guy makes us sound like nobody can throw on us, and that just isn't true. Anybody who watched the Rams pick us apart would never say we're unbeatable in the air.

KC and Gonzo shredded the PHINS last year. We had no answer for him. Bledsoe burned us right after the RW run for the lead. Pennington beat us in the fourth quarter with a 40 yarder that set up the winning FG. Should I go on?

Who's secondary would you rather have? Every good secondary in this league gets picked on atleast a few times in the season.

It could be worse, a lot worse ;).

Very true...but "could be a lot worse" is a far cry from this guy who called us the best Secondary in the NFL at least three times in that one article.

Actually if you look at the four starters in the secondary, we are the only team to have 4 Pro-Bowlers in the lineup. So it is not outragous to declare our secondary as the top one.

ummmm .. "top-flight"?

That is hard to swallow.

IMO T-Buck was one of the most important additions this offseason

I didn't even read the guys article, heh.

Bucs, Fins, Eagles.

It can be argued who has the better secondary.

The Bucs play a well schemed cover 2 and the Eagles blitz a lot forcing them to throw early. Talent wise though I think we have ONE of the top secondary (can't sound like a homer now can I ;\)

I read the article and didn't get the sense that most did in this thread. I thougth it was a good article.
