Sherman/Ireland Vs Lazor/Hickey

Would you rather have Sherman/Ireland or Lazor/Hickey

Of course it is best to take a wait and see approach, but this is a message board so let's make a knee jerk guess today before any results from them as Dolphins.

Are we better off today with Lazor as OC and Hickey as GM or were we better off at the end of the season with Sherman as OC and Ireland as GM? Do these two moves make us better or worse in your opinion?
 
Give me ireland for the last year of his deal and lazor

If it didnt work reset it all better one final meh year with ireland followed by a full reset than this mess
 
Let's hope the reality turns out to be a no brainier with the new guys..
 
Of Course Lazor and Hickey. What job have you ever been at where the boss didn't think the new guy with the clean slate was better than the **** he just threw out?

When the new guy was the bosses 10th odd choice given the job out of sheer desperation?
 
No doubt, has to be Lazor/Hickey. We were spinning our wheels with Ireland. People are angry with Hickey as the GM but the reaction would have been the same today for the most part if we hired Gaine or Dawson. I will admit I wanted Caserio but didn't know much about him like Hickey. From what I read, Hickey and Caserio had a lot of the same drawbacks as to their backgrounds. All we can do is sit back and hope this staff can put together a better roster. I like the Dolphins chances of success improving going forward.
 
Don't know much about Hickey, but at least with Lazor he seems to be a marked improvement over Sherman. Of course, it's not too hard to be an improvement there. :lol:
 
Lazor/Hickey.
The combo of Ireland/Sherman was a losing combo.
Our new guys have a clean slate, hopefully they have learned from past mistakes and are ready to take it to the next level with this team.
Let's give them our support, tune out the media as.shats and give them a chance.
 
Easy choice.

I have a lot of reservations about both hires, but I'll take unknown quantities over guys who were bad at their jobs. Ask me again a year from now when they're no longer unknowns.
 
If Lazor can help Tannehill like he helped Foles, it doesn't matter who the GM is. On paper I like Lazor better than Sherman and I would say Ireland might have a slight edge over Hickey, but its not like we really know anything about Hickey, so we'll just have to wait and see on that. For the sake of answering the question, jumping to a conclusion, and maybe its homerism, but I'd take Hickey/Lazor.
