Sherman or Lazor- Who is worse at converting 3rd and short?

Here's whats killing us on 3rd down: Tannehill is not checking out of plays when he gets a bad look. I don't know if Lazor has a short leash on him, but he did this often under Sherman and he usually called the right play.

Whoever has Tannehill at QB is the worst OC in the league.

Tannehill wouldve made Bill Walsh look like Cam Cameron.
