I say NO, He should rest his knee and keep rehabilitating his knee for the real NFL season. He should wait until the third preseason game to play. We need him to be our QB this year and he can not get injured in preseason.:dolphins:

hey, you can't tell me that in some way, you don't want to see culpepper out there...

The coaches see him everyday. Im sure if they didnt feel completely comfortable with it, he wouldnt be out there.

I don't understand at all why people are saying he should sit despite the fact that he has recieved medical clearance. Pepper has yet to be held out of any practice session of any sort due to the knee. If he is ready to play, why not play him? Having him sit till the 3rd game would make no sense. It would be the same as sitting down Manning, Brady or some other healthy QB. Not to mention some of you guys are underminding the fact that Daunte hasn't seen the field in 10 months. He needs to get his timing, rythem and gel with this offense.

It's getting old seeing all these posts of people outraged that Culpepper is playing!

Hey i went to the evening practice today and he looked good. I loved it when he threw the deep ball even though he didn't connect on it. He looks really good like he didnt even get hurt. He participated in the sprints and all the other workouts. Travis Daniels was driving around on a golf kart the whole time reading his play book.

Just stop. He's playing. End of story. Stop arguing just to argue. Serves no purpose in this case.

Yes...He needs to get in gameplay situatuions..I would just play him one series though for his first game back

docs say hes ready might as well find out if he can take a hit or not? we also can judge the o-line early this way since joey and c-pep are so mobile unlike gus.:dolphins:

him playing this weekend is part of the therapy for recovery. he will be fine. a couple of ronnie brown runs. a long and short pass and boom he's out of there.

This should tell you.
