ESPN’s Chris Mortensen isn’t buying it. He reported earlier tonight on Monday Night Countdown that the Broncos recently gave Tebow a check for $6.7 million, part of the guaranteed money in his first-round rookie deal. Said Mort of Tebow, “They’re not about to trade him, they’re not about to release him.”
But the question of whether to keep or to move Tebow depends on much more than $6.7 million that the Broncos committed to pay when they signed him in 2010. The issue is whether the Broncos believe Tebow has a future with the team, and whether they want to keep him around if they’ve concluded that he doesn’t.

Before I get shredded to peaces hear me out, me wanting the Dolphins to acquire Tebow has nothing to do with Henne. Henne is the starter. After Pryor was drafted today several reports have come out stating that the Dolphins were very much interested in Pryor as a project QB and Wildcat triggerman. Now that rumors and talk around the league is Tebow could be traded or release I ask myself if the Dolphins would be interested.
New rules state that your #3 QB could come in the game at anytime. If Im the Dolphins I see I have O'Connell and an inexperience Pat Devlin and I ask myself why not add a QB who can be my wildcat triggerman and contribute. Long story short if Tebow were to be released or traded I would love Miami to be the team he goes to. Tebow could bring back the WildCat and be a Goal Line threat which the Dolphins continue to search for in a RB or TE.
