Should Ireland and/or Philbin be Fired?

Not voting until I know more.
Ireland though might have to move on for the sake of this franchise for reasons beyond his draft ability. Its called ratings. Media plays this all the way. ESPN ratings going back down to reality again.

I'm undecided, not sure what I WANT to happen. What I think will happen is that Ireland and Philbin will be shown the door. I don't really see any way for Ireland to salvage his job, and with a new GM I don't think there is any way the current coaching staff stays either.
So, I don't know who SHOULD be fired, but I'm fairly confident they'll both be gone by the end of the season if not sooner.
Not because 2 players use foul language when texting each other. After the season evaluate and act on performance. Nothing should change based on this stupid media stupidness...

The only person who should be fired is Jonathan Martin. This is how he asks for help?
I don't want to discuss getting rid of these guys until the season is over or completely in the toilet. Ireland is ours to kick around I don't like outsiders doing it.
I can't understand not supporting especially Philbin at this point. It's his 2nd year and while things haven't gone as well as a lot of us expected this season isn't a failure just yet. A loss to a winless Tampa team is a giant leap toward failure but for now he's doing OK let's see if he can win the next few games and if any fans want him fired at 7 or 8-4. The last thing I want is to start over.
This isn't the time to complain about Ireland. Worry about Ireland in the off season. If he's gone I don't want him gone because of these jagoffs. I'd want him gone becuase they have somebody else that they think can bring in better players to help the Dolphins win games. I'm not holding nonsense stories like is your mother a prostitute against him. That's just BS taken out of context and used against him. I'm not holding some stupid comment to some agent against him.
If Wallace, Wheeler don't produce in the 2nd half of the season, Clabo, drafting Taylor and Thomas this year that kind of stuff I will hold against him but that is for the off season. There is a half of a season of football left and I want to see what this team can accomplish before I want people fired.
I want the national media to find a short pier and take a long walk right now that's what I want!

Neither for this as more info comes out there was no indication there was a problem until Martin got mad and left the building. Imagine living in a world with only red and green traffic lights and no yellows then being handed a ticket because the light turned red. Would have loved for media to parrot Martins use of filthy language on his text to Incognito but they are to chicken sh??t to do that. They are already looking for someone to blame so they do not get accused of their biased reporting.
