Should the Coaching Staff Be Let Go?

In one aspect, I say you keep them in case the new head guy wants them. But on the other hand, why drag it out for them if they are just going to be let go anyway. Give them a chance to find somewhere else earlier.

It's gotta leave a bad taste in your mouth if one of the assistants gets asked to come back after he just got fired a few weeks before.

Also wouldn't it be helpful to keep the college scouts until after the draft? They have been compiling data on lots of college players all year long since last draft. Even with hickey out you gotta keep the ones below him because we promoted from within.
