Not because I like them but because I think the NFL favors their style of play. Let me explain why I state this. During the game when the Dolphins were driving down the field to come back Pennington hit Ginn with a sideline pass and he was driven out of bounds and the clock continues to run and every time I see this I think why aren't the refs stopping the clock to which I am reminded of the rule that states the clock can't be stopped by the sidelines in the last 5 minutes.(I hate that rule with a passion; think of all those last minute comebacks that use to be so exciting to watch.)My point is by stripping the offense of the luxury of utilizing the sidelines it makes it twice as hard for offenses to comeback and plays favorably into the hands of defenses basically putting more pressure on offenses and limiting their influence on the game. So because of this rule it seems to me as though it would be better to focus on building a more killer defense type team.Thoughts?
