Blessing to everyone on forum. Big up all ganja posters on the board you dun know phin heaven run tings!!! So check this the Giants have the 10th pick of draft and it seems they are projected to pick a DE. Let's say we offer Vernon and 2017 (1st) and 3rd either this year or next. If we can come out of the draft with a Jack/Hargreaves that would be insane!!! Would this be good value for Giants or are we giving up too much. Just wanted to see what you guys thought. Have a good day everyone and let's heal the nation!!

I just don't get the fact that having a premier pass rusher is needed on this team. Wake cannot be depended on. So you lose Vernon, and then what? It was proven no one else could rush the passer.
If anything, we need to add to Vernon. Do we not see who is in the same division with us, and just got an extension? Just how long does this torture have to last?
 
Not if it means trading our picks. Id be down to trade our 3rd and vernon for a late 1st though if we were to tag him.
 
I'll rather trade down twice or more. this is a very deep draft at Miami's position of need.
 
You get a TOP 10 pick, you take the BPA. If he's gone, entertain offers on falling back.

As for OV, this sign and trade stuff...is nuts. When was the last time such a thing happened. And why is it smart to get rid of a 24 year old edge rusher, when getting to Brady is job one in the East?

Year in and year out, people fall into this echo chamber. Right now the cool thing is ....tag and trade OV.
 
With so many needs this team is not really in the position to give up picks to move up.
 
If we are convinced OV is worth something via tag and trade; and it could possibly turn into an extra top ten pick, it would be extremely advantageous to get a head start on the defense's rebuild. Even if we give up next year's 1st plus Vernon its worth it.

I love OV for his youth and production but I think we can expect a drop off this year. Let's get some compensation for him.

Not likely to happen but I think it would be huge to increase our chances of young playmakers on defense contributing right away. Jack and hargreaves would be a blockbuster draft

We would be stupid to trade Vernon, a 1st, and a 3rd...if we gave them a first and third or Vernon and a third, I'd be okay with that.
