I want all of you to show me one quote where Jason Taylor has said he wants off the team, and provide a link for it. I also want to see just one quote where Jason Taylor said he is angry with this team and wants out.

Just show me one quote from him. I don't want to see "Sources claim Jason Taylor is upset"

This board is all about Jason Taylor and how much everyone hates him now, and I am mind blown. Look if Jason Taylor was running his mouth like Chad Johnson I would be with you on the board saying get rid of him, but here is the funny thing.... HE HASN'T!

So, all you people who just love to read a rumor story and take it to heart.... show me, show me ONE quote from him where he says "I don't want to be a dolphin" or "I feel disrespected by this team"

Here is some help

From Bill Parcells: http://www.tcpalm.com/news/2008/mar/03/by-harvey-fialkov/

"We had to get that out nationally," Parcells continued, referring to his Sunday morning call to a national Web site reporter. "There's no substance to the story. ... The only way Jason Taylor won't be playing for the Dolphins in 2008 is if he chooses to retire."

He also went on to call the report "Journalistic Irresponsibility"

In the same article Jason Taylor's agent says this:
"Bill Parcells speaks for the Miami Dolphins organization and Jason Taylor is a loyal member of the Miami Dolphins,"

---------------------------------------------------------------

Now, time for Jason Taylor to actually speak and not these "sources"

Jason Taylor: From an interview with Sirius Satellite Radio
http://www.nflguru.net/2008/jason-taylor-plans-to-stay-a-dolphin/

“Look, I’m under contract with the Dolphins, that’s where I want to be. It’s where I am, and I’m not retiring. … There’s been no agreement. Is it possible that something happens in the future? They can decide to do whatever they want. They’re in charge.â€

He then went on to say this:
When asked if he wanted to remain a dolphin:

“Heck, yeah, that’s where I’ve been for 11 years. Where else would I want to go? That’s home.â€

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remember these people you are believing are the same ones who said "Jason Taylor and the dolphins have agreed to amicably part ways between now and the NFL Draft" - Jason Cole, Yahoo Sports

Good Call Mr. Cole, oh wait... whats that Mr. Parcells? Oh yeah I agree, definitely journalistic irresponsibility.

All right everyone, I have shown you the proof, now do what I ask please, show me one quote FROM Jason Taylor that says he doesn't want to be a dolphin.

Thanks!

your right...

Yesterday, Taylor told ESPN's Kenny Mayne the following:

"I have no idea where that [story] started, how it started. People are looking for stories but I'm the wrong person to ask because Bill and [Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland] call the shots there and neither have spoken to me." "I'm under contract, so until I am told otherwise I am a member of the Dolphins. The thing is, I haven't talked to anybody. Everyone is talking to everybody else about me but no one is talking to me."

How about not showing up for work...? Oh I see..., JT lives under a different set of guidelines than the rest...

He isn't missing anything mandatory or they would be able to fine Jason Taylor for not being there. I wonder if Michael Strahan got this much slack from the fan base before he returned at the last minute and helped bring a superbowl title to the Giants?

Jason Taylor is in shape, he isn't sitting on a couch getting out of shape he is working really hard. Dancing builds endurance, and that is clearly one of his problems last year, he will be a better player because of this.

Anyways, please don't derail the thread, I want to see quotes from him saying he doesn't want to be a dolphin.

haha i agree with you.. but its funny to say dancing is a good workout for an nfl player.. yeah sure its better than sittin on your butt.. but i think its the other way around.. taylor has an edge in the competition because of his physical abilities from football

All I hear is the 2nd and third hand quotes from reporters... the same guys who say he feels disrespected....

Are you gonna ask for those first hand quotes as well...?

wow. sarcasm and ignorance. good job.

It ain't ignorance check the diktionarie

He does... and that may be fine with those who own his jersey... Last time I looked it's still a team sport..... When I was captain I think my coach expected me to be the first on the field and the last one off.... Mandatory or not... here we have a salaried player... following a 1-15 season...

That speaks volumes.......

Sure he is...but he doesn't help matters by perpetuating something that may or may not be true.

To suggest that there is absolutely no divide is unreasonable... to say that JT said he wants out without evidence is truthfuly wrong... to say that JT is me first... appears accurate in this circumstance...

Thanks for not reading my post, but replying in it. It is clear you didn't read it, and if you did then you don't understand it.
