Your team just lost on national tv to a winless team. You would think Miami would come out hard and do their best to put all the Martin drama behind them. Not the case, not the right coach, not the right gm. Philbin is no leader and his team reflects it. There is NO LEADER on this team. Watching this team is like watching Groundhog day. Different coaches and players, same results for many years now. I have no faith in this team, nor coach Philbin. Sherman is a joke. No need to say more about him. Ross, do what's best for this franchise and get a true leader as a head coach and a GM that knows talent and realizes that an O-line is f*cking important. This team just showed us what they're made. Do what's right, Ross!
