What happened to him? I havent heard anything on who he is giong to sign with?
 
i think somebody posted that he signed with the packers, but i could be wrong.

I have no idea where he's going now. He's taking forever to decide, and I've heard all kinds of reports of different places he'd go.

Us, Atlanta, Green Bay, etc...
 
your talking about the ganett wisconsin paper that never said anything about him signing with the packers
 
I haven't heard a peep about him since he was supposedly interested in playing for us. Rumors are all we have thus far....

I do know this. We're desperate at Safety, and we need him more than any of those other teams who are interested. If we don't end up landing Schulters, or at least an adequate replacement for Knight, I have a bad feeling our secondary is going to be looking like burnt toast....

Lance Schulters hasn't signed with anyone yet but it's been noted that the Green Bay Packers have shown interest in him. They don't want to overpay for him, neither do we. If either of us did, he would have been signed already. I'm still hopeful that we can get him and I think that we will. I've had a good feeling about every signing so far during the offseason, whenever I saw a guy I knew we were going to get... we got him, I always had the feeling, the only time I was wrong... was with R.W. McQuarters. I think that WE WILL sign Lance Schulters. I'm basing this just on a gut feeling and nothing more.
 
This is my first post. I live in Atlanta and heard on 790 the Zone that Shulters is asking for too much money right now. All of the teams that are interested in him are waiting for the price tag to come down. They say that he wants a multi million dollar deal. Look for him to sign after training camp starts. He'll probably wait until some injuries happen. That could cause teams to pay him more than they want.
