2. Joe Philbin, Dolphins: For similar reasons that the Crennel hire makes sense in Kansas City, bringing in Philbin feels like a good move for Miami. Under Tony Sparano the Dolphins struggled to find an identity on offense. Philbin, meanwhile, comes to town after helping Green Bay develop one of the league’s most potent attacks.
At the very least, Philbin should help generate some excitement in a market that desperately needs it. And if he can convince soon-to-be free agent QB Matt Flynn to join him in Miami, that’s a huge bonus for the Dolphins. GRADE: B

Why wasn't this graded "A" ??? In perspective I would hope they would have graded Fisher-to-Miami a "C minus" but then again it's the media. :idk:

As long as Sports Illustrated is happy, we have nothing to worry about.

Sports are crazy sometimes.....we all love Philbin at this point but we all know that when a coach stays in one spot for long sooner or later the fans will want him gone.....I just hope this will be later rather than sooner.

Ozzy rules!!

You are right. However, as fans, we have to buckle in for the long haul and keep some continuity around here. Learn from the Giants, Texans, Eagles and Chargers that have tried to keep things together. I am confident they will.
