less than mediocre. need to weight the grades by draft position. for example, jordan phillips is a B+ because he was a good result for a 5th rounder. if they took him with the first pick, probably a C grade, give or take if you follow my point. jonah should actually be an F - -, considering we traded up for him and gave up a much needed draft pick too. we missed on warren and grey zabel. anyway the total grade should be biased towards the results of the first two picks. it is nice that we got players out of the later picks, but they all project to be average, and not difference makers, and are mostly at lower value positions. wildcard is ewers, if we were to hit on a real QB down there, then heck, dumb luck, but that would make the draft A+. high value position. but as things stand now, i average it all out on a weighted basis, D+ draft. less than mediocre. i do not care about picking up rotational non difference makers late in the draft at low value positions. this is subject to change, but this is how it looks as of now to me. grier could not be fired fast enough.I would not call it solid...I would call it mediocre...which is the type of team we have now
Right. Picking at 13, Miami had a chance for an elite player. Grant wasn't necessarily a disappointment, and finished strong. But again the Dolphins missed on a difference maker. Warren in this case. Was a solid draft just not the home run Miami needed.
Uhhhhh ... it was graded C ???????????????????Was a solid draft just not the home run Miami needed.

Overall, some nice complementary pieces mostly. Phillips was a real find, and maybe Ewers proves to be better than a backup?
"C grade means met expectations" = In LOSER organization/schools/etc = Miami Dolphins regimeC grade is not neutral. C grade means met expectations.
Media in Miami is an embarrassment.
There is no neutral when you are grading. There is F for failed, D for below expectations, C for met expectations, B for exceeded expectations, and A for far exceeded expectations.
