Some quotes from the ever so humble Michael Vick:

"What I can do is unparalleled." (Are you talking about how many girls you can give Herpes to?)

"Stats won't get you in the playoffs. Winning will get you in the playoffs. I don't care about being a pocket passer." (This guys talks like he's Joe Montana or Tom Brady)

I am so sick and tired of this media darling and hearing him go on about how wonderful he is. The guy has a 55 QB rating in his team's victories this year. Yes, the guy is an amazing athlete, but he is not a great quarterback and never will be until he learns some humility and how to read defenses and become a real NFL QB.

i agree. i hate how the media makes me despise players.

i dont even watch espn anymore besides sunday football and primetime, but even those are becoming tough to stomach
 
When Ricky smoked pot, he didn't physically hurt anyone else. When Vick knowingly gave Herpes to that woman, she is going to have to live with that disease for the rest of her life. It's not meant to be a joke.
 
To me the Falcons (barring major injuries) are a playoff team with or without him....I wish he would shaddup.

I take exception to anyone who calls him a "great" player. You can call him electric, exciting and whatever other adjective you can come up with to describe his athletic ability, but he is not a great player.

I agree. They're trying to make him into another Barry Sanders, which will never happen. As I've said, Vick is an amazing athlete, but he can't do the things that Barry Sanders did that make you say to yourself, "How the hell did he just do that?". Plus Barry Sanders was a total class act.

Exactly.

Gus has a 66 QB rating this year and I don't see Nike's advertising team working on "The Gus Frerotte Experience". :lol:

he Slights his team with all the "me" crap....That teams has good coaches and good schemes and a lot of talent on the D side and some explosive players on O (not just captain full of himself) ehhh I actually cant wait till this friggin game is over so I wont have to talk about MV anymore. :shootself

Come on why are you pulling an ESPN hype machine tatic? Include the whole quote from newspaper, god knows they will pick the worse possible section of his statement anyway. We all know how the media works.

Come on. FFS we want to beat him regardless if he is an ******* or not. Quit playing these BS immature games.

The guy is under allot of heat from the local Atlanta media about his passing numbers and he is probably firing back at his critics. He knows he has to be a passer to be a great QB. I mean I think everyone and their cousin is reminding him of this fact.
