We would go from being a God awful offense to one of the best offenses in the league. There is no way an offense can bust if it has this much talent.Could you imagine defenses try to game plan on us.We have Chambers,Boston,McMichael,Booker,Ricky & Ronnie our o-line is going to be good this year and there is no way QB can fail if he is surrounded by so much talent.Defense wont know how to plan for us how sick would that be.

yes it is, as i said on another post, immagine ricky and ronnie in the same backfeild, 8 or 9 defensive guys in the box, with chambers, mcmike, booker, boston, and company running wild in the passing game. God please let them be able to execute just a bit. :woot:

What makes anyone think Ricky is still in shape after all that?

First of all, Ricky Williams being "out of shape" isn't as it sounds. He is out of football shape for sure, but he is still "in shape."

Nothing a little hard-core 4-month workout wouldn't solve.

Plenty of time between now and training camp to hit up the buffets and add some weight quick..

When Ricky was playing and right up till he quit 2 weeks before training camp last season, he was known for being in the best shape of anyone. You make it sound that he has regressed down to me or something. The man has all summer, training camp, and the preseason to get ready, he will be fine.

Plus the first 4 regular season games.

This latest bit of news tells me that with all this talent at the skill positions, and if our O-line is at the very least average, all the pressure shifts to whoever our starting qb is going to be. Feely/Ferotte better execute there are no excuses...

Quarterback is the key! A loaded pistol without a shooter is useless!

what makes me optimist about our offense is that if one of these guys goes down we will probably have depth AND coaching ability to keep things almost as good

I read somewhere that he was down to around 185 lbs. Thats not just a little weight, thats 40 lbs. 40 lbs is not that easy to regain, no matter what shape you are in. Well I take that back with all fried food washed down with your choice of alcoholic beverage at every meal, you could put on 40 lbs.

David Boston is rarely healthy. It is a sick offense except the offensive line will take time to develop, and the QB position has 2 career backups trying to start.
