How is it that my current sig is barely within the size limitations when I set it, yet I see other posters with sigs 2 or 3 times bigger than mine???? I'm referring to actual size not file size. Is bigger sig limits a donator or vip perk?

No, it IS the same for everyone.
You found one person that's not in compliance, thank you.....but, just so you know, I find people everyday who aren't in compliance.....just because you see a sig that isn't in compliance doesn't mean that we are allowing them to have a larger sig, it means we haven't caught them yet.
Don't worry, nobody is getting special treatment by the staff. :)

It's all good
No worries about getting anyone in trouble. It actually helps the site run more efficiently when you report a sig that's too large. Once you report it, all we do is either re-size the sig or have the member do it. :D
