You could make a case for either for ROTW. And Caddy is not at a whole nother level than Ronnie is!
Consider a few things before you say that. Caddy is playing with a top 5 O line. While ours is improving, and our O Line coach may be the best in the league, it is a work in progress. We will get better every game, but we arent there yet. Also, Caddy came out of Auburn for "nfl ready" than ronnie. This has a loit to do with running style. Ronnie is more rough around the edges, and like our O Line, will get better every game. Thurdly. the system they are running in TB is literally perfect for a back like Caddy. Her could not have been drafted into a better situation.
The only problem I see with Ronnie right now is his lack of attack at the line. I remember years back, watching Miami play the Bills. Abdul Jabbar (spelling) was hammered for a 2 yard loss. Marino ran up to him, brabbed him by the face mask, and pointed laterally with the line, and then pointed hard straight up the field....telling him to hit the damn hole. This reminds me of ronnie, he is dancing too much, he isant letting the game come to him. He will start hitting holes harder once he has more time to adjust to the NFL. He is getting better every game, and I feel like last week was only a glimpse of what he can do.
Also, take into account how much better of a pass reciever out of the backfield ronnie is. Once we get ricky back, Ronnie's pass catching is going to really come to the for-front.
Caddy is better now. But on "a whole nother level" ? Not at all. Ronnie will be a better NFL Back. Dont judge the guy after 3 weeks behind an adverage line. By the way, he looked great last week.
