Please tell me that's sarcasm I hear?????????? Don't you remember Dan's last few years... when he started to lose his touch. Now fast forward to Brett - Ditto, get it.

No way Favre comes to Miami in the midst of a rebuilding program anyway. You don't remember how much he whined when the Packers were rebuilding? He had a pretty remarkable season (95 rating) last year, but he's a 2 year guy max.

Favre

i love how favre palys but he is over now

Favre is never over. The man is still a stud. He would never come to Miami simply because of the Marino stigma that presents itself here however I sure as hell hope he does get his release from Green Bay and goes to a team like Chicago, or Baltimore. The guy is a legend and unlike Marino he has never declined that much throughout his career. His worst seasons were during the rebuilding years and that was simply because he was trying too hard to make things happen.

Favre doesnt have torn up legs like Marino did. Favre lets face it is more athletic than Marino ever was. Marino had longevity due to his massive arm strength and quick release.

All in all of course in my opinion Dan Marino was a much better pure passer but unlike Marino Favre could easily play another 2 or 3 years because he is an all around better athlete.

Favre was one game away from the Super Bowl last year and personally I think he was an idiot for even mentioning retirement until after mini camp this year.

The Packers should trade or release him and let him finish his career the way he wants to. Regardless Favre can do what he wants he is under contract for the next two years and can come back to Green Bay and collect his $12 million and there is not a damn thing the Packers can do about it other than trade him or release him.

I say go for it Favre you are the man.

you would be looking at two years with farve, enough time to develop henne
