A sad sad day in Miami...the BUNGLES have beaten us...I know they are a better team...but we are a WORSE team!!! What an offense. What a pathetic excuse of an offensive line...and Lamar Gordon; are you playing football or practicing for the ballet??? It's called hitting the holes...even if there are no holes you run into that pile and try and create something...not dance around like a Kansas City ******!!!!!!!!(my apologies for that durrogatory comment).
I can't see how people can continuously defend this FO and say the team is young and bla bla bla!!!!!!!! BULL ****!!! Youth is not an excuse...it's lack of effort, lack of concentration, and no heart!!! I know they took a lot of blows in the off season; Ricky choosing smokable grass over playable grass had a big impact on this team...but now; they are so F'd for the future!!! Wanny is not a great coach...maybe assistant, Jim Wise should have been hogtied and feathered for not coming up with some scheme to stop the consistent blitzing; Joel C. should be stripped of the Offensive Coordinator position for that play calling; and Zach Thomas should clone his heart and give it to everyone on this team...please God, if your there...let us get a great draft pick, let Wanny go away, let a head coach from a school called LSU come here next year, let Rick Speilman disappear and let not this travesty of a Front office effect this team for years to come...thank you god!!!  :yell:

No offense but too long and too B**chy. Be happy. It's only week two. Even the most optimistic fan could see this coming. Growing pains. Other teams have gone through it. Its obviously our turn.

There's no way that this team will get Nick Saban (LSU). He was given a huge contract extension from LSU, and to be honest, the owner wouldn't try to outbid another owner on Jesus if he had the chance. He's an owner who doesn't understand football, which is why Wannstedt got a contract extension and why Spielman is GM.

PATSSUCK- RS has to leave because he is simply not good. The team is drafting CB, and getting them in FA for 23 mill, just to play nickleback. Not to mention this team didn't sign any of the big talent for Olineman this year, when they had a chance at a few good ones. Obvious enough I would think.

LOL. We have no Jim Wise on staff. Its TONY Wise. And Joel Collier cant be stripped of the OC position since he doesnt hold that position, Chris Foerster does. Collier "stepped down" from the OC position months ago and returned to his previous position as running backs coach. have you been living under a rock for the last few months?

Since when do you need to know the facts before you can spout off? :)

Signing Howard was an insurance policy in case of Surtain leaving next season. If Surtain had left next year and we had no one to step in people would be screaming from the rooftops about how dumb Spielman was for not getting a corner when he had a chance. Remember...Wanny burned a first rounder (Fletcher) and a third rounder (Kelly) in consecutive years trying to get a nickel corner. Rick did it in one off-season for the cost of a fourth...not too bad I.M.O. Drafting Poole was a bonus. If Spielman could have known he was going to be able to get Poole then maybe he would not have signed Howard.

What "big talent" would you have signed? They threw a bag of loot at John Tait but, his wife did not want to move to Miami, Todd Wade got overpaid by Houston, Damian Woody is making Pro Bowl tackle money to play guard (and be fat) and Orlando Pace and Walter Jones were franchised.

Rick signed the consensus #2 guard available (James) for a pretty decent contract, he got a potential starting left tackle (McKintosh) for a decent contract (and little risk because of the way the contract is structured).

Give Rick time...he got handed the keys to a sinking ship....G.M.'s do not rebuild teams in one off-season...

Nice argument.
