we need to sign surtain back i was so mad when he left he was awesome for us i was more mad when he left than madison.now with t.o. in the division we must make this move it would help and then maybe draft a corner high or also sign macfadden i really like that kid we need help asap at this position..:confused:
 
As much as I liked Surtain & Madison, I just don't seen either of them offering us much help. There's a reason both of them were reased and are still on the market..

I think we'll sign a FA corner although it may be more for depth rather than a starter. We'll probably get some help in the draft and I'm guessing a few intriging names will be avaliable in the June cut downs. No need to panic yet.
 
Word around the league is he is tapped out. I would love to see him come back but I think he will retire. Too bad he was my second favorite defensive player of the past 10 years, right behind ZT.
 
He didn't leave. We traded him to KC.

I wouldn't mind seeing him back, we need a lot of help at CB right now.
 
Correct me if I am wrong about this, but I thought I read one of the knocks on Surtain was related to his conditioning. More to the point the guy just didn't take great care of himself and didn't seem all that interested in doing so. If that is true I don't see Ireland or Parcells being all that interested, let alone the fact that he isn't drawing much interest from anyone else around the league.

Loved him when he was here but I am not interested in bringing him back now.
 
A fat Surtain is better then Jason Allen any day!!!
 
Bring back Surtain!!!! He wasn't happy in KC, he loved being a Dolphin.....Plus I bet he could beat out everyone except Will Allen.
 
pat surtain i easily my favorite fin corner of all time, would bring him in only for vet min. nothing more
 
If he signs cheap, no problem in bringing him in to see if he can regain his old form. He was horrible last year.
 
He's done. I really liked what he did when he was here, but to me, his NFL career is finished.
