Simlies are no longer animated. Why?

hey guys. well i can see all the similies, but they are no longer animated. the gif animations dont work either. i havent altered any settings that i know of. i installed a java plug-in, but i uninstalled it and nothing changed

any suggestions?

no animation. they used to work. all of the sudden they stopped

Some IP's like one I had at work for a while, don't allow the animations. Sucks.
