Im getting the V bulleten message saying I dont have access...It does it when ever I click on ANY forum or post If I hit the back button and try it again a few times it lets me in...just an FYI.

What's wrong with the site? Everytime I try to..

Click "other" or something it says I have no "prveleage!"?

Did I get banned or something?

Yeah, it's doing the same for me, some orange border is around the screen, then it says this:
