At the very end of the show just before they cut off to go to next show. He makes the stupidest look on his face lol. Seriously pay attention next time you catch end of the show
 
I think the only people that really listen and like Skip are more of the layman type. Not very knowledgeable. Because any true fanatic should be able to easily recognize how far out in left field he usually is.

Like many of these sports “shock jocks” he really only has a gig due to being disagreeable and controversial. IMO most true sports fans can see right through it and tire of the shtick quickly.
 
Paid a stupid amount of money to watch 'game in 5' highlights and spout crap. I could do that!
 
Tbf Hurts looked great tonight. Definitely a talented kid.

Washington must have provided the Philly team with butterchurned gloves though because they fumbled the game away.

I just hate the pomposity he exhibits. Like he is the keeper of the true sports info. He's an epic A hole and unbearable. He's the Chris Cuomo of sports media.
 
He did get one thing right: knowing that a wife should always play second fiddle to horrible sports takes...

 
Watching Skip is like deciding to have a "friend" that cheers for your every failure, picks the opposite stance from anything you stand for and says nonsensical **** that they know irritate you. He exists to be a contrarian asshole. He feeds off your hate and just enjoys that you're thinking of him at all.

Don't give in. **** that jackass.

This. I don’t understand how people don’t understand it.

Skip Bayless is not giving his honest opinions on sports. He doesn’t believe what he says. He plays a role. They identify divisive issues in sports and then Bayless takes a cartoon-ish position on the extreme end of one side. He didn’t actually believe LeBron stinks. He didn’t actually believe Tim Tebow was a great NFL QB. He doesn’t actually believe—or care about—any of this stuff. So long as people watch, he makes millions, and he’ll be happy to argue that Patrick Mahomes is worse than Taylor Heinicke so long as people keep tuning in.

By the way, sports isn’t the only place this business model exists…
