Johnson showed he can be developed last year. Let's hope he's up to the challenge this year. I'm certainly a fan. Good luck young man.
Bonner is my sleeper guy too4.64 40 yard time out of college, you better hope he doesn't win the job...I'm a Bonner guy, he can run according to the Reek.
More like a put you to sleep sleeper pickGuy ran a 4.64 at the combine.

Jerry Rice ran a 4.7, and later was very competitive in the NFL's Fastest Man races. The utility of the athletic testing is to try to determine if it matches what you see, and revisit your evaluation if it doesn't. And if your evaluation is based on 40 time, you are missing some significant data points. It's also fair to question whether Johnson was completely healthy when he ran his 40, and whether he looks like a 4.64 guy in pads, because that's the only time it matters. From what I've seen, the main thing working against him is his age.4.64 40 yard time out of college, you better hope he doesn't win the job...I'm a Bonner guy, he can run according to the Reek.
Please enlighten me... Jerry Rice knew the plan the DB had to react, every time. He was also cut last year even after a pretty good camp. I like the guy but he's not the immediate answer.
