Bump that noiser, get his butt in the game, and learn on the job! he will better for it next year! I totally disagree with you. If this Oline is going to learn, let them learn together now!

r u saying thats why smith sucks?
cause he didnt learn with the rest of the guys on the oline
No, I am just saying we spent a number 1 draft pick on Carey, and the way the year has year has started out, let them grow together! Would you rather see a number 1 pick riding the pine? Is that the way you like to see your money spent? The only way we will know if Carey is a better offensive linemen then Smith is to play him, and evalute him! Is that a good enought answer for you Coach Wise?

My intial reaction was to say "What kind of idiot would do that? Where's the logic?" THEN I remembered who the head coach was.

-BTW , is there any saving of Wade? Might he play LG or just to small. Just a thought.

I think Smith need sto step back learn from the others, study tape of what he was doing wrong, work on correcting the problems, and get in the weight room to work on his strength. He needs to get a better jump off the ball, by taking out the opposing defensive ends, and not trying to arm block them.

By the way did you get the SRV DVD?:cooldude:

coach wise huh

mr yu is correct

im just trying to figure the logic
the only other i think that makes sense is that carey sucks and they dont want that to be shown

Man, how can you say that? WE know he doesn't have the best coach to help him make the change from college to the Pro's. It may take him a while, plus they were switching him from guard to tackle. You are rushing to assume that Carey won't pan out, and its way too early to come to that conclusion!

ok lets put the rookie in a system where everybody is gettin killed

carey would be learnin the system and the nfl....do we have time for that right now
cant put a guy in a position where everyone is failing, the whole line is trouble why add to that with a guy with no experience

If he is the best we have on the bench, and we are looking to replace lets say Whitney, lets give the kid a shot, and let him learn one position before you start moving him allover the place. Where in the heck do you think the fire is this year? This oline is going to gel its going to take time. Bottom line, some men step it up, and some step back. I just think you are too negative on him already. If it will make you happy, then leave Whitley in, then when he keeps getting burned, then you will say how come our number 1 pick is one the pine? I haven't given up on this team this year, I have adjusted my thought process, and where this team will possibly end up this year. Be positive, and understand there will be growing pains on the oline this year, whether we want to admit it or not. We just need to find the right chemistry.
