Can anyone shed some light on our deal with the Lions for Harrington.....

Did he take the amount of snaps needed to give up a 5th or do we just have to give up a 6th???

Damit, it's going to be a lower pick then we all thought....

Yup it's a 5th. I don't recall the exact # of snaps, but I'm certain he has exceeded them. Here is an excerpt from the Miami Herald today (also saying a 5th). "Despite the acquisition of Culpepper, and the trading of a conditional pick (now a fifth-rounder) to Detroit for Joey Harrington, Saban admitted Wednesday the position still has not been resolved". I've read this in several other places, but can not recall right now

If any team was offering a 5th for Joey, Saban should stop whatever he is doing this minute, return the call and make the deal.

There is no way, any team is offering even a 7th for Joey H. Sorry, that ship has sailed.

The 0.0 did in any chance for that happening.

I doubt his performance would cause his stock to go up. He's worth a 6th at best, and even that might be too much.

Nobody wants him and he will be back with the Fins next year unless they cut him.

Actually............a team without quality backups could go after Joey.......I think Indy could do better than J. Sorgi:rolleyes:

And i know joey could suceed there for a reason, remember joey doesn look mature yet and when you know and understand what youre supposed to do, its like a zone of i finally know what to do with maturity= great play.

I think joeys problem is his unwarness yet of not knowing what not to do but once he gets over it i think he can be a good qb, he has the skills but he needs to mature somewhere out of miami so C-pep can be ''ballin'' .

this reminds me of the new commercial...has this ever been you overexaggerating your football knowledge?...u have obviously never seen sorgi play because he is noticeably more comfortable than joey...his career passer rating is 99.3 granted he has only thrown 90 passes...he has much more potential than joey who has shown to be a career back up

Wow......attacking my football knowledge.........let me ask you this....wouldn't you be comfortable with Harrison and Wayne on the outside along with pro bowl linemen..........and this is ALL speculation......I think the Colts would like to have 3 quarterbacks at least in the odd case that Peyton or Sorgi would have to go on IR
