So what if Tanny never becomes Brees, Brady or Manning. If you look at qb's drafted in the last 10 yrs very few of those qb's are even close to that elite level. What we are asking for in qb's these days is like making a six figure salary compared to making a million dollars. You can win with Colin K, Alex Smith's, Joe Flacco's of the world if you have a well run established coaching staff and front office that can surround that qb with a defense and supporting offensive cast. Tanny is the least of my worries that's fix the rest of this team starting with the coaching staff, gm, etc then worry about qb later, cause if your waiting to hit the Andrew Luck, Cam Newton or next great young elite qb then you could be waiting a long time. Not saying we shouldn't make a decision to move on from Tanny but it is way too early to do that now. And if you think there is a college qb in the draft that is going to better than Tanny, then you are taking a mighty big gamble after all of the qb draft bust that come through year end and year out. This is a tough position to play and it takes time and a little bit of luck to find the right one.

Tannehill's at fault for 3 years of losing before he got drafted and for the talent assembled around him?
