dont we have a full draft for the first time since the days of jimmy johnson? I have to say that saban is awesome. I cant believe we actually got something for such a terrible quarterback like feeley.

we got 7 picks

no i think it is more than that. We have a pick that we got from the Brad Bedell trade. We also received a pick from trading that linebacker to the Bears.

:shakeno: At least be fair to the guy. He is a decent QB, destined to be a quality backup. He was put into an impossible circumstance last year which many of you refuse to aknowledge.
This trade was made for salary cap reasons. In terms of value (talent wise) I think San Diego got the better end of it. Lemon has no shot of ever being anything more than a career 3rd stringer. He's just another arm for practice and the scout team.

We have or 1,2,3,4,6,7 originally. We gave up our 5 for wright.
We get a pick for the o-lineman we traded to the packers for a 7th. We traded a rb to the bears for the 7th. We traded something to the saints for a 7th recently. This Lemon trade makes it 10.
So
1,2,3,4,6,7,7,7,7,7.

he had his fair chances this season. He was supposed to be the STARTING quarterback this year but could not even beat out Sage Rosenfels or Frerotte. That says there is something wrong.

5 7th round picks that is rediculous!!!

1 of the 7ths is conditional on Chatman rushing for 300+yds for the saints, otherwise we dont get the pick.
