I'll say this, he's certainly not going to stand there and take a full verbal assault in a team meeting like Cam did. Tony will lay down the law, but if Porter still wants to be stupid then he'll have to answer to Bill.

Good questions! I was watching the game and I thought Tony was telling Proter to get off the field, but I was not certain of that.

Everyone act like "Joey did not hear Tony's request"? Hehehe...just a thought. Should be interesting this week.

I think Sparano should sit down with Joey, maybe have lunch or dinner with him. Sparano should point out the great things he does and also how when Joey runs his mouth and acts immature that it hurts the entire team. There is a difference in being vocal and being a team leader, and acting like a clown. If Joey cannot control his emotions, then deal him to the Raiders where they like that type of a player. :D

Not start him!!!!! Have Charlie start the first series then bring Joey in. Then Bench Charlie the rest of the game for having a holding penalty on kick off returns in the last 4 games. lol only j/k somewhat.........but dont start Joey and let him know leaders don't lose there cool before the contest is decided....we still had a slim chance at that point and what he did was give them another TD.

i would like to hear joeys side of things. if he says he wanted to be there as a team leader and sink with his guys then i applaud his patronage.... if he was just there to cause stuff then id give him a game off to think and clear his head

You gotta do something, I dont care how good or a leader the guy is. You have to show the players its not tolerated, ESP in your 1st year as the coach. And yes, porter saw him ,you could see Porter peer over at the bench and like 3 people telling him to get off. Not tough to understand. Im not sure Id suspend him for a game, that would really be laying down the law. But maybe bench him for the 1st 2-3 series or even the half.
