So any of you know of any good coordinators out there we can pick up in the event we do lose a coach or two>
So if our Coaches Get Poached from other teams who's out there for us?

By my count, the Dolphins only have one assistant interviewing for a job (Bowles), another assistant that's been fired (Maser), and another one that's been rumored to another job (Pasqualoni). By some reports the Dolphins already have tabbed a replacement for Maser, and as far as Bowles goes, I have no idea what will happen if he lands the Detriot HC job. As far as the thought of losing Paul Pasqualoni to KC, I don't see it happening.

Honestly this happens when u get better as a team. Im not sold on any assiatant we have long term and Im sure Ireland and Sparano can find some good replacements. No one is irreplacable as an assistent on this team.

Next year is the one we might have to worry about...Henning might be gone, not fired or anything but just with his age and all....
Even if Henning is gone next year, there has already been talk of him training WR coach Dorrell or QB coach Lee to replace him as OC.

I dont see Lee being around after next year either, I see him getting grabbed by another team, he is the one that brought the wildcat to us so...

Great post and succinctly put. This is what happens when you raise eyebrows. Honestly, Though I hope the best for Bowles....I don't see him as a big loss. Right now, we are still shedding medicority.

I seriously doubt that Lee who at 55 has barely been more than a Qb's coach most of his career will suddenly ascend to being a hot commodity as OC.

Thanks, I really dont see our overall staff as mindblowing. Lets not forget that two years ago this board was in love with Capers and his top 5 defense. Personally I would have rather kept capers than hire Pas. Yes our defense was a mess the year before but there were injury problems.
With the exception of Sparano and Ireland I could care less if any other people get hired from our staff.

He might go back to the college game you know? I mean look what he did do at Arkansas as their OC...Im not saying he will be snatched by a pro team but...cant forget college...
if Pasqualoni becomes a HC (which I highly doubt), I think you see us promote Coach Rogers to DC.
I am pretty sure we had guys in place to take over for both Coach P and Hennig in the next few years (and despite everybody loving Lee, Dorrell is the OC in waiting)

Anything is possible but he was thier OC under Hatfield. Under Houston Nutt he was lesser until 2007. The orginator of the current version of the wildcat was Gus Malzahn who was Ark OC in 2006.. As for Lee heading back, always possible but seriously he really has had no major offers above OC so not sure why they would come pouring in.

Success is why they would come pouring in, if you look at when the Phins unveiled the Wildcat who got the credit for it? Lee....And say what you will but the media is behind building a lot of the buzz for coaches...Does Jason Garrett ring any bells?
